Members of the public may provide input on any item listed on the agenda. Comments should not exceed three (3) minutes. 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. PUBLIC COMMENT – At this time, members of the public may address the Committee about a subject which is not listed on the agenda. Comments should not exceed three (3) minutes. 3. Comments should not exceed three (3) minutes. 3.1 Consider authorizing the Town Manager to execute a Professional Services Agreement with ENGEO for biological monitoring, and laboratory and field testing services during construction of the Diablo Road Culvert Emergency Replacement Project, CIP No. A-330 (S. Jones). 4.
