Town Meeting Hall, 201 Front Street, Danville Any document provided to a majority of the members of the Bicycle Advisory Commission regarding any item on this agenda will be made available for public inspection at the meeting and at the Danville Town Offices, 500 La Gonda Way, Danville, CA during normal business hours. Danville Bicycle Advisory meetings are video recorded. Archived videos can be viewed on the Town website at zozow.danville.ca.gov. The Danville Bicycle Advisory Commission encourages citizens to participate in Commission meetings. How to submit public comments: In -person - verbal comments: Attend the meeting, complete the yellow "Request to Speak" form available at the meeting, and submit the yellow form to staff at the meeting. The Commission Chair will announce your name when it is your turn to address the Bicycle Advisory Commission. Step to the lectern, announce your name, and limit your comments to 3 minutes. Email - written comments: To provide written comments, send an email to the Development Services Administrative Assistant prior to 11:00 a.m. on the day of the meeting. Correspondence should include the meeting date and agenda item number. All comments received prior to the deadline will be provided to the commissioners in advance of the meeting. Written comments will NOT be read into the record. Correspondence submitted to the Town for this meeting is a public record.
