Any document provided to a majority of the members of the Planning Commission regarding any item on this agenda will be made available for public inspection at the meeting and at the Danville Town Offices, 500 La Gonda Way, Danville, CA during normal business hours. Danville Planning Commission meetings are video recorded. Archived videos can be viewed on the Town website at www.danville.ca.gov.
The Danville Planning Commission encourages citizens to participate in Commission
meetings. How to submit public comments:
In-person – verbal comments: Attend the meeting, complete the yellow “Request to Speak”
form available at the meeting, and submit the yellow form to staff at the meeting. The
Commission Chair will announce your name when it is your turn to address the Planning
Commission. Step to the lectern, announce your name, and limit your comments to 3
minutes.
Email - written comments: To provide written comments, send an email to the
Development Services Administrative Assistant prior to 11:00 a.m. on the day of the
meeting. Correspondence should include the meeting date and agenda item number. All
comments received prior to the deadline will be provided to the members in advance of
the meeting. Written comments will NOT be read into the record. Correspondence
submitted to the Town for this meeting is a public record.

2. CHANGES TO THE ORDER OF THE AGENDA
3. “FOR THE GOOD OF THE TOWN” – At this time, if you wish to address the Planning
Commission about a subject which is NOT listed on the agenda, please fill out a “Request to Speak” form
and pass it to staff at the dais. When called upon by the Commission Chair, please step to the podium, state
your name and address and then make your comments. Comments should not exceed three (3) minutes

6. PUBLIC HEARINGS
6.1 Consider approval of Resolution No. 2023-01, denying an appeal and
upholding the Town’s administrative action conditionally approving
Development Plan request DEV22-0002 to allow the construction of a new
single-family residence located at 24 Noble Oaks Lane (Project Planner:
Riley Anderson-Barrett).
