Arts Advisory Board - Special Meeting Meeting Summary December 14, 2022 1. CALL TO ORDER The Danville Arts Advisory Board special meeting was called to order by Vice Chair Joyce at 4:00 p.m. The meeting was conducted by teleconference only. 1.1 Roll Call Administrative Assistant Gail Massagli conducted the roll call for attendance: Present: Kim Bowles Jane Joyce, Vice Chair Amelia Liptak, Youth Member Charles Neary, Board Member Excused: Haley Johnson, Chair and Amy Schell, Board Member 1.2 Announcements Administrative Assistant Gail Massagli provided information regarding the format of the meeting and instructions for public comment. 2. PUBLIC COMMENTS There were no public comments. 3. CHANGES TO THE ORDER OF THE AGENDA There were no changes to the order of the agenda. 4. REPORTS AND PRESENTATIONS 5.1.
