November 14, 2022
1. CALL TO ORDER
The special meeting of the Danville Heritage Resource Commission was called to
order by Chair Graham at 7:00 p.m. The meeting was conducted by teleconference
only.
1.1 Roll Call
Administrative Assistant Kristine Meidberg conducted the roll call for
attendance:
Present: Mike Ammann, Commissioner
Kathryn Benvenuto, Commissioner
Lee Halverson, Commissioner
Jerry Warren, Commissioner
James Powers, Vice Chair
Mark Graham, Chair
Commissioner Halverson entered the meeting at 7:07 p.m.
Excused: Kim Holmes, Commissioner
1.2 Announcements
Administrative Assistant Kristine Meidberg provided information
regarding the format of the meeting and instructions for public comment.
2. CHANGES TO THE ORDER OF THE AGENDA
There were no changes to the order of the agenda.

There were no public comments.
4. ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION/ACTION
4.1 Consider approval of the Summary of Actions from the September 12, 2022,
Heritage Resource Commission special meeting.

BENVENUTO TO APPROVE THE SUMMARY OF ACTIONS FROM THE
SEPTEMBER 12, 2022 HERITAGE RESOURCE COMMISSION SPECIAL
MEETING
MOTION CARRIED 6-0-0-1; COMMISSIONER HOLMES ABSENT
4.2 Consider approval of Resolution No. 2022-02, approving the Heritage
Resource Commission regular meeting time and location
Chief of Planning, David Crompton presented the staff report and
answered the Commissioner’s questions.
MOTION BY VICE CHAIR POWERS, SECOND BY COMMISSIONER
HALVERSON TO APPROVE RESOLUTION NO. 2022-02, APPROVING
THE HERITAGE RESOURCE COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING TIME
AND LOCATION
MOTION CARRIED 6-0-0-1; COMMISSIONER HOLMES ABSENT
5. NEW BUSINESS
5.1 Progress report from the Commission’s History Survey Subcommittee.
Commissioner Benvenuto requested an updated survey of the Town of
Danville Historic Sites. David Crompton, Chief of Planning will bring the
updated list to the next meeting.
Commissioner Halverson reported that Town staff continues to work on
the walking tour app.

5.2 Progress report from the Commission’s Outreach/Education
Subcommittee.
There were no reports.
6. REPORTS AND COMMUNICATIONS
6.1 Commissioner Reports
Commissioner Benvenuto reported that the Museum of the San Ramon
Valley would be interested in working with us on the walking tour app.
7. ADJOURNMENT
The special meeting of the Danville Heritage Resource Commission was
adjourned at 7:28 p.m.
