CALL TO ORDER 6.1 The regular meeting of the Danville Town Council was called to order by Mayor Arnerich at 5:00 p.m. in the Town Meeting Hall, 201 Front Street, Danville, CA. Present: Newell Arnerich, Mayor Robert Storer, Vice Mayor Dave Fong, Councilmember Renee Morgan, Councilmember Karen Stepper, Councilmember 2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG The pledge of allegiance to the flag was led by Stacey Gill. 3. CHANGES TO THE ORDER OF THE AGENDA There were no changes. 4. PRESENTATIONS AND PROCLAMATIONS 5.1 Presentation of a proclamation to Lori McDonald, Executive Assistant, Community Awareness & Emergency Response (CAER), proclaiming November 2, 2022, as Shelter -in -Place Education Day Mayor Arnerich presented the proclamation. 6. CONSENT CALENDAR 6.1 Consider approval of the Summary of Actions from the regular Town Council meeting of October 18, 2022 6.2 Consider approval of the Register of Demands 6.3 Consider adoption of Resolution No. 91-2022, amending the construction contract and authorizing the Town Manager to execute contracts for Phase II and Site Improvements for the Town Office Relocation Project, CIP No. B-626 6.4 Consider adoption of Resolution No. 92-2022, accepting California Automated Permit Processing Program (Ca1APP) funding and appropriating $40,000 to implement automated solar permitting application SolarAPP+ 6.5 Consider adoption of Resolution No. 93-2022, authorizing the Mayor of the Town of Danville to certify the Measure J Calendar Years 2020 and 2021 Growth Management Program Compliance Checklist MOTION BY COUNCILMEMBER STEPPER, SECOND BY COUNCILMEMBER MORGAN, TO APPROVE THE CONSENT CALENDAR MOTION CARRIED 5-0 3 DANVILLE TOWN COUNCIL SUMMARY OF ACTIONS NOVEMBER 1, 2022 7. TOWN MANAGER'S REPORT 7.1 Monthly Town Manager's report by Joe Calabrigo Joe Calabrigo provided the update. 8. PUBLIC HEARINGS 8.1 Consider introduction of Ordinance No. 2022-06, repealing existing Chapters 10-1 through 10-7, 10-13 through 10-15, 10-18 and 10-19 of the Danville Municipal Code and adding new Chapters 10-1 through 10-7,10- 13 through 10-15,10-18 and 10-19 to the Danville Municipal Code adopting the 2022 California Building Codes Chief Building Official Stacey Gill presented the staff report. Mayor Arnerich opened the item to public comment. There were no speakers. Mayor Arnerich closed the item to public comment. MOTION BY VICE MAYOR STORER, SECOND BY COUNCILMEMBER FONG, TO INTRODUCE ORDINANCE NO. 2022-06, REPEALING EXISTING CHAPTERS 10-1 THROUGH 10-7, 10-13 THROUGH 10-15, 10-18 AND 10-19 OF THE DANVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE AND ADDING NEW CHAPTERS 10-1 THROUGH 10-7, 10-13 THROUGH 10-15, 10-18 AND 10-19 TO THE DANVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE ADOPTING THE 2022 CALIFORNIA BUILDING CODES AND RETURN FOR SECOND READING ON NOVEMBER 15, 2022 MOTION CARRIED 5-0 9. TOWN COUNCIL REPORTS 9.1 San Ramon Valley Unified School District liaison report by Mayor Arnerich and Vice Mayor Storer Vice Mayor Storer provided the report. 4 DANVILLE TOWN COUNCIL SUMMARY OF ACTIONS NOVEMBER 1, 2022 9.2 County Connection Boardmember report by Vice Mayor Storer Vice Mayor Storer provided the report. 9.3 Town Council updates Councilmembers provided updates on events and activities in Danville. 10.
