1. CALL TO ORDER
6.1
The regular meeting of the Danville Town Council was called to order by Mayor
Arnerich at 5:00 p.m. in the Town Meeting Hall, 201 Front Street, Danville, CA.
Present: Newell Arnerich, Mayor
Robert Storer, Vice Mayor
Dave Fong, Councilmember

Karen Stepper, Councilmember
2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG
The pledge of allegiance to the flag was led by Stacey Gill.

5.1 Presentation of a proclamation to Lori McDonald, Executive Assistant,
Community Awareness & Emergency Response (CAER), proclaiming
November 2, 2022, as Shelter -in -Place Education Day
Mayor Arnerich presented the proclamation.
6. CONSENT CALENDAR
6.1 Consider approval of the Summary of Actions from the regular Town
Council meeting of October 18, 2022
6.2 Consider approval of the Register of Demands
6.3 Consider adoption of Resolution No. 91-2022, amending the construction
contract and authorizing the Town Manager to execute contracts for Phase
II and Site Improvements for the Town Office Relocation Project, CIP No.
B-626
6.4 Consider adoption of Resolution No. 92-2022, accepting California
Automated Permit Processing Program (Ca1APP) funding and
appropriating $40,000 to implement automated solar permitting
application SolarAPP+
6.5 Consider adoption of Resolution No. 93-2022, authorizing the Mayor of the
Town of Danville to certify the Measure J Calendar Years 2020 and 2021

8.1 Consider introduction of Ordinance No. 2022-06, repealing existing
Chapters 10-1 through 10-7, 10-13 through 10-15, 10-18 and 10-19 of the
Danville Municipal Code and adding new Chapters 10-1 through 10-7,10-
13 through 10-15,10-18 and 10-19 to the Danville Municipal Code adopting
the 2022 California Building Codes
Chief Building Official Stacey Gill presented the staff report.

MUNICIPAL CODE AND ADDING NEW CHAPTERS 10-1 THROUGH 10-7, 10-13
THROUGH 10-15, 10-18 AND 10-19 TO THE DANVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE
ADOPTING THE 2022 CALIFORNIA BUILDING CODES AND RETURN FOR SECOND
READING ON NOVEMBER 15, 2022
