Any document provided to a majority of the members of the Town Council regarding any item on this agenda will be made available for public inspection at the meeting and at the Danville Town Offices, 510 La Gonda Way, Danville, CA during normal business hours. Danville Town Council meetings are video recorded. Archived videos can be viewed on the Town website at www.danville.ca.gov.
The Danville Town Council encourages citizens to participate in Council meetings. How
to submit public comments:
In-person – verbal comments: Attend the meeting, complete the yellow “Request to Speak”
form available at the meeting, and submit the yellow form to staff at the meeting. The
Mayor will announce your name when it is your turn to address the Town Council. Step
to the lectern, announce your name, and limit your comments to 3 minutes.
Email - written comments: To provide written comments, send an email to the City Clerk
prior to 11:00 a.m. on the day of the meeting. Correspondence should include the meeting
date and agenda item number. All comments received prior to the deadline will be
provided to the members in advance of the meeting. Written comments will NOT be
read into the record.

5. CONSENT CALENDAR - Consent calendar items are considered routine and are acted upon by the
Town Council with a single action. Members of the audience wishing to provide public input may request
that the Town Council remove the item from the Consent Calendar. Please fill out a “Request to Speak” form
and pass it to staff at the dais. When called upon by the Mayor, please step to the podium, state your name
and address and then make your comments. Comments should not exceed three (3) minutes.
5.1 Consider approval of the Summary of Actions from the regular Town
Council meeting of September 6, 2022 (M. Sunseri)
5.2 Consider approval of the Register of Demands (L. Ha)
5.3 Consider acceptance of the July 2022 Month End Treasurer’s Report (L. Ha)
5.4 Consider adoption of Resolution No. 82-2022, approving the continued use
of teleconferencing for the meetings of all Town legislative bodies other
than the Town Council pursuant to the provisions of AB 361 (R. Ewing)
5.5 Consider adoption of Resolution No. 83-2022, approving Subdivision Map
and Subdivision Improvement Agreement for Subdivision 9291, Magee
Preserve, located at 2200 Blackhawk Road (M. Rusch)
5.6 Consider adoption of Resolution No. 84-2022 approving the amended event
date of the Relics on Railroad – Danville Antique & Art Faire (J. Bergman)
5.7 Consider adoption of Resolution No. 85-2022 approving a five-year
extension of the contract with Townsend Public Affairs for legislative
advocacy services through the Tri-Valley Cities Coalition (C. Bravo)

NOTE: Mayor/Council Office hours are held at the Danville Farmers’ Market from
9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Farmers’ Market hours are 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. every Saturday at
the corner of Railroad Avenue and Prospect in Danville.
NOTICE: If you challenge a city’s zoning, planning, or other decision in court, you may be limited to raising only
those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence
delivered to the Town Council at, or prior to, the public hearing. Judicial review of any city administrative decision
may be had only if a petition is filed with the court not later than the 90th day following the date upon which the
decision becomes final. Judicial review of environmental determinations may be subject to a shorter time period or
litigation, in certain cases 30 days following the date of final decision.
