Good afternoon,
As a property owner and property manager of five (5) DT Danville Properties, I am surprised that I was never notified
about these possible projects. Seems like maybe an oversight I would hope?
In any case, I have some concern about the raised sidewalk construction planned and the timing/impact on our
tenants. While I totally agree with the need to slow down traffic as I have almost been hit a few times, I’m not sure that
major construction is the best solution considering the negative impact it will have on businesses during that time.
Also, I’d like to weigh in favorably regarding the Church Street Plaza, in particular the area in front of Harvest that would
match the area in front of the Vine.
