CALL TO ORDER The regular meeting of the Danville Town Council Finance Committee was called to order at 4:00 p.m. at the Town Meeting Hall, 201 Front Street, Danville, CA. Present: Mayor Arnerich Councilmember Stepper Finance Committee members, Mayor Arnerich and Councilmember Stepper voted to add urgency item number 3.4 to the agenda. 2. PUBLIC COMMENT There were no public comments. 3. ACTION ITEMS 3.1 Consider authorizing Execution of Contract Services with First Student Inc. for Transportation Services for Recreation Services MOTION BY MAYOR ARNERICH, SECOND BY COUNCILMEMBER STEPPER, TO APPROVE EXECUTION OF CONTRACT SERVICES WITH FIRST STUDENT INC.
