HomeMy WebLinkAbout056-2022DocuSign Envelope ID: 14D082DB-D3E0-4FDF-AA7D-4B4CB2F7F4C4 RESOLUTION NO. 56-2022 AMENDING THE TOWN OF DANVILLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE WHEREAS, the Political Reform Act of 1972 (the "Act") requires every local government agency to adopt a local Conflict of Interest Code; and WHEREAS, the Act requires every local government agency to review its Conflict of Interest Code every two years and make amendments when necessary; and WHEREAS, changes in Danville staff titles and positions prompted a review of the code; and WHEREAS, amendments to the Conflict of Interest Code are necessary to ensure that all positions listed in the Code are reflected accurately; and WHEREAS, the following modifications are hereby approved: • change Program Superintendent to Recreation Superintendent; Associate Civil Engineer to Civil Engineering Associate; Planning Technician to Development Services Technician; and • add Bicycle Advisory Commission; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, by the Danville Town Council that the Town of Danville's Conflict of Interest Code, consisting of the attached Exhibit 1, is hereby adopted.
