DESIGN REVIEW BOARD STAFF REPORT 5.1
TO: Design Review Board Members July 14, 2022
SUBJECT: Review and recommend approval of Development Plan request DEV22-
0010 allowing for exterior modifications, colors, and materials, for 115
Railroad Avenue (Project Planner: Fred Korbmacher).
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The owner of the subject property, Jake Jefferies, proposes exterior upgrades to the
existing building with new exterior paint, exterior trim, the replacement of rotted trim
around the windows and doors, new tile to the fountain, the addition of two wall scones
under the canopy, and removal of the non-structural columns and trellis along the
exterior of the building.
EVALUATION
Applicant wishes to update the existing buildings exterior to improve appearance similar
to the building across the street at 100 Railroad Avenue. The Town supports the proposed
improvements.
RECOMMENDATION
Review and recommend approval of Development Plan request DEV22-0010 allowing for
exterior modifications, colors, and materials, for 115 Railroad Avenue.
