RESOLUTION NO. 52-2022
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE A PROFESSIONAL
SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH TRB + ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR
BUILDING PLAN REVIEW AND STAFF AUGMENTATION
SERVICES THROUGH FY 2024/25
WHEREAS, the Town of Danville is required to review all building plans and documents
for compliance with applicable state and local building codes; and
WHEREAS, the Town of Danville utilizes consultant firms to provide building staff
augmentation ranging from plan review to inspection services due to the volume and
complexity of projects, in addition to providing staff augmentation in the event of illness,
training and for vacation relief; and
WHEREAS, TRB + Associates, Inc. has been providing building consulting service to the
Town of Danville since 2020 and staff recommends authorization of a new contract with
TRB + Associates, Inc. through 2024/25 with an option to extend for not more than two
successive one-year terms; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the Danville Town Council hereby authorizes the Town Manager to
execute a professional services agreement with TRB + Associates, Inc. to provide building
plan review and staff augmentation services.
APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on July 5, 2022 by the
following vote:
AYES: Arnerich, Fong, Morgan, Stepper, Storer
