through Decem er 31, 2023, allow ng legislative bodies to In et via teleconference during
a proclaimed state of em rgency by the G vernor as a precaution to protect the health
and safety of staff, officials, and the general public. A required by A 361, the D nville
Tow Council has In de findings that it is necessary to continue w th rem to meetings
and adopted Resolution N . 46-2022 on June 8, 2022, approving the continued use of
teleconferencing for public In etings of Tow legislative bodies for the subsequent 30
days.
