WHEREAS, pursuant to Proposition 111, the Town Council has selected population
growth within the Town of Danville and growth in California per capita income as the
adjustment factors for FY 2022/23; now therefore, be it
RESOLVED that the Danville Town Council hereby:
1. Adopts the FY 2022/23 Operating Budget as recommended.
2. Appropriates General Fund Balances and Special (Restricted) Revenues totaling
$35,767,590 to fund 2022/23 Operating Expenditures.
3. Sets the FY 2022/23 Appropriation Limit at $49,825,433.
4. Transfers $100,000 from the SCC Regional Fee into LLAD 1983-1 to fund landscape
maintenance associated with the I-680 Auxiliary Lanes project.
5. Authorizes the Town Manager to execute contracts necessary to provide services,
including:
$172,620 with the Contra Costa County Library; and
$349,405 with Contra Costa County Animal Services
6. Adjusts FY 2022/23 Employee Salary Ranges as shown on Exhibit 1; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED that the Danville Town Council hereby directs the Town staff to
publish the FY 2022/23 Operating Budget and directs the Town Manager to implement
the FY 2022/23 Operating Budget.
