Hello,
I am a new resident of Danville and wanted to reach out on the proposed development at 600
Hartz Ave (Item 5.1 on your agenda). I am fully in support of this type of development for our
town. The idea of more mix used projects will help downtown become a more vibrant and
attractive destination for locals. Our family is a fan of this type of development because it
provides more people the ability to live directly in the town center. Done with taste to match
the Danville charm but providing some needed updates to our downtown is highly welcomed.
After reviewing past work by the Address company they do a great job meshing the look and
feel of town center development, with up-to-date design. This type of project will bring
positive energy to downtown Danville.
