RESOLUTION NO. 35-2022
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO AMEND AND EXECUTE A
CONTRACT WITH Z -SPORTS (DBA-SKYHAWKS SPORTS) FOR RECREATION
SERVICES FOR FISCAL YEAR 2021/22
WHEREAS, the Town provides a wide variety of recreation classes and activities for all
ages; and
WHEREAS, from July 1, 2021, to February 28, 2022, 222 youth participated in 16 youth
sports camps and classes, taught by Z -Sports (dba Skyhawks Sports); and
WHEREAS, Z -Sports (dba Skyhawks Sports); provides quality, non-competitive
instruction to participants; and
WHEREAS, Z -Sports (dba Skyhawks Sports) will provide recreation services in fiscal
year 2021/22; and
WHEREAS, sufficient funds have been appropriated in the Town's 2021/22 Operating
Budget and participation revenues offset the related expenditures; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, by the Danville Town Council that the Town Manager is hereby authorized
to amend and execute, on behalf of the Town, a contract with Z -Sports (dba Skyhawks
Sports) not to exceed $55,000.
APPROVED, by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on May 3, 2022, by the
following vote:
AYES: Arnerich, Fong, Morgan, Stepper, Storer

ABSENT: None
