March 1, 2022 - DRAFT
1. CALL TO ORDER
The regular meeting of the Danville Town Council was called to order by Mayor
Arnerich at 5:00 p.m. The meeting was conducted by teleconference only.

City Clerk Marie Sunseri conducted the roll call for attendance.

1.2 Announcements
City Clerk Marie Sunseri provided information regarding the format of the
meeting and instructions for public comment.
2.PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG
The pledge of allegiance to the flag was led by Larry Fong.
3. CHANGES TO THE ORDER OF THE AGENDA
There were no changes to the order of the agenda.

City Clerk Marie Sunseri stated that public comment from the following
individual was forwarded to the Town Council prior to the meeting:

The following speaker addressed the Town Council during the meeting:
Paul Fortayon requested inclusion of Danville-based breweries and wineries at the
Danville Farmers’ Market.
5. PRESENTATIONS AND PROCLAMATIONS
5.1Presentation of a proclamation to Larry Fong, External Relations Manager,
Red Cross Bay Area, proclaiming March 2022 American Red Cross Month
Mayor Arnerich presented the proclamation to Larry Fong.
6. CONSENT CALENDAR
6.1Consider approval of the Summary of Actions from the regular Town
Council meeting of February 15, 2022
6.2Consider approval of the Register of Demands
6.3Consider adoption of Resolution No. 13-2022, approving the continued use
of teleconferencing for the meetings of all Town legislative bodies pursuant
to the provisions of AB 361
6.4Consider adoption of Resolution No. 14-2022, awarding a professional
services agreement to TJKM for the preparation of a Local Roadway Safety
Plan, LRSPL-5454 (025), and authorizing an appropriation of $9,000 from
CIP C-305, Traffic Management Program
6.5Consider adoption of Resolution No. 15-2022, appropriating funds for
access control, video technology, architectural services and project
contingency, and authorizing the Town Manager to execute a contract

8.1Consider adoption of Resolution No. 16-2022, authorizing the Contra Costa
County Flood Control and Water Conservation District to adopt the Fiscal
Year 2022/23 fee for the Town of Danville Stormwater Utility Area
Town Manager Joe Calabrigo presented the staff report.

9. ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF REPORTS
9.1Consider adoption of Resolution No. 17-2022, accepting the mid-year
Financial Report, approving mid-year adjustments to the Fiscal Year
2021/22 Operating Budget; and, Resolution No. 18-2022, approving mid-
year adjustments to the Fiscal Year 2021/22 Capital Improvement Program
Town Manager Joe Calabrigo and Finance Director/Treasurer Lani Ha
presented the staff report.
