CORONAVIRUS DISEASE (COVID-19) ADVISORY
AND MEETING PROCEDURE
On September 16, 2022, the Governor signed AB 361, extending Brown Act amendments
through December 31, 2023, allowing legislative bodies to meet via teleconference during
a proclaimed state of emergency by the Governor as a precaution to protect the health
and safety of staff, officials, and the general public. As required by AB 361, the Danville
Town Council has made findings that it is necessary to continue with remote meetings
and adopted Resolution No. 3-2022 on February 1, 2022, approving the continued use of
teleconferencing for public meetings of Town legislative bodies for the subsequent 30
days.
Members will be participating via teleconference. As such, there will be no physical
location for members of the public to participate in this meeting.
The Town of Danville encourages citizens to participate in public meetings. Members of
the public can watch or listen to meetings via the web -video communication platform
Zoom. Agendas are posted on the Town website: https://www.danville.ca.gov/agendas
Public comments may be provided in one of two ways:
Zoom - verbal comments: To provide live comments during the meeting, join the
meeting at the scheduled time via the Zoom link on the agenda. When the agenda item
is opened to public comment, click on the "Raise Your Hand" option in Zoom. Your name
will be announced and you will have up to 3 minutes to share your comments.
Email - written comments: To provide written comments, send an email to the City Clerk
prior to 11:00 a.m. on the day of the meeting. Correspondence should include the meeting
date and agenda item number. All comments received prior to the deadline will be

provided to the members in advance of the meeting. Written comments will not be read
into the record.

5.1 Presentation of a proclamation to Larry Fong, External Relations Manager,
Red Cross Bay Area, proclaiming March 2022 American Red Cross Month
6. CONSENT CALENDAR - Consent calendar items are considered routine and are acted upon by the
Town Council with a single action. To address the Town Council on a Consent Calendar item, click on the
"Raise Your Hand" option in Zoom. Your name will be announced and you will have up to three (3) minutes
to share your comments.
6.1 Consider approval of the Summary of Actions from the regular Town
Council meeting of February 15, 2022 (M. Sunseri)
6.2 Consider approval of the Register of Demands (L. Ha)
6.3 Consider adoption of Resolution No. 13-2022, approving the continued use
of teleconferencing for the meetings of all Town legislative bodies pursuant
to the provisions of AB 361 (R. Ewing)
6.4 Consider adoption of Resolution No. 14-2022, awarding a professional
services agreement to TJKM for the preparation of a Local Roadway Safety
Plan, LRSPL-5454 (025), and authorizing an appropriation of $9,000 from
CIP C-305, Traffic Management Program (A. Dillard)
6.5 Consider adoption of Resolution No. 15-2022, appropriating funds for
access control, video technology, architectural services and project
contingency, and authorizing the Town Manager to execute a contract
extension with William Wood Architects for CIP Project B-626 - Town

County Flood Control and Water Conservation District to adopt the Fiscal
Year 2022/23 fee for the Town of Danville Stormwater Utility Area (B.
Russell)
Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 16-2022
8.2 Consider introduction of Ordinance No. 2022-02, adding a new Section 2-
16 to the Danville Municipal Code establishing a Bicycle Advisory
Commission (A. Dillard)
Recommendation: Introduce and read by title only Ordinance No. 2022-02,
and return for second reading on March 15, 2022
9. ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF REPORTS (Public comment invited)
9.1 Consider adoption of Resolution No. 17-2022, accepting the mid -year
Financial Report, approving mid -year adjustments to the Fiscal Year
