Town Council - Regular Meeting
SUMMARY OF ACTIONS
January 11, 2022
1. CALL TO ORDER
The regular meeting of the Danville Town Council was called to order by Mayor
Arnerich at 5:00 p.m. The meeting was conducted by teleconference only.
1.1 Roll Call
City Clerk Marie Sunseri conducted the roll call for attendance.
Present: Newell Arnerich, Mayor
Robert Storer, Vice Mayor
Dave Fong, Councilmember
Renee Morgan, Councilmember
Karen Stepper, Councilmember
1.2 Announcements
City Clerk Marie Sunseri provided information regarding the format of the
meeting and instructions for public comment.
2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG
The pledge of allegiance to the flag was led by Councilmember Renee Morgan.
3. CHANGES TO THE ORDER OF THE AGENDA
There were no changes to the order of the agenda.

4. FOR THE GOOD OF THE TOWN
City Clerk Marie Sunseri stated that six public comments were received and
distributed to the Town Council in advance of the meeting regarding pickleball
courts.
Ben Crocket encouraged the Town Council to support the effort to add more
pickleball courts in Danville.
5. CONSENT CALENDAR
Councilmember Stepper suggested a revision to item 5.1 and the revised
document was distributed to the Town Council in advance of the meeting.
5.1 Consider approval of the Summary of Actions from the regular Town
Council meeting of December 21, 2021 REVISED
5.2 Consider approval of the Register of Demands
5.3 Consider acceptance of the November 2021 Month End Treasurer's Report
5.4 Consider adoption of Resolution No. 1-2022, approving the continued use
of teleconferencing for the meetings of all Town legislative bodies pursuant
to the provisions of AB 361
5.5 Resolution No. 2-2022, accepting public and private improvements and
dedications for Subdivision 9479, located at the southeast corner of
Sherburne Hills Road and Camino Tassajara
MOTION BY COUNCILMEMBER STEPPER, SECOND BY VICE MAYOR STORER, TO
APPROVE THE CONSENT CALENDAR; INCLUDING A REVISION TO ITEM 5.1
