CALL TO ORDER The regular meeting of the Danville Town Council was called to order by Mayor Morgan at 5:00 p.m. The meeting was conducted by teleconference only. 1.1 Roll Call City Clerk Marie Sunseri conducted the roll call for attendance. Present: Renee Morgan, Mayor Newell Arnerich, Vice Mayor Dave Fong, Councilmember Karen Stepper, Councilmember Robert Storer, Councilmember 1.2 Announcements City Clerk Marie Sunseri provided information regarding the format of the meeting and instructions for public comment. She stated that no written public comments were received on any item on the agenda in advance of this meeting. 2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG The pledge of allegiance to the flag was led by Kathy Chiverton. 3. CHANGES TO THE ORDER OF THE AGENDA There were no changes to the order of the agenda. FOR THE GOOD OF THE TOWN Zae Perrin, Danville, described the harassment of his daughter, currently a student at San Ramon Valley High School, which occurred during her tenure in the San Ramon Valley Unified School District, and the lack of response from the school district administration. Judy Lloyd, Danville Area Chamber of Commerce, expressed support for Mr. Perrin and his family; commended the Town for being designated a Purple Heart Community; and, encouraged the Town to extend temporary outdoor seating beyond the January 3, 2022 expiration. There was Town Council consensus to direct staff to add an item to the December 21, 2021 meeting agenda to consider further extending temporary restaurant seating. 5. ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF REPORTS 8.1 Consider adoption of Resolution No. 75-2021, approving the Fiscal Year 2020/21 Audited Annual Comprehensive Financial Report for the Town of Danville Finance Director/Treasurer Lani Ha and Coley Delaney, Pun Group, presented the staff report and provide highlights of the Fiscal Year 2020/21 Audited Annual Comprehensive Financial Report for the Town of Danville. ADJOURN TO DANVILLE DISASTER COUNCIL At 7:45 p.m. the regular meeting of the Danville Town Council was adjourned to a meeting of the Danville Disaster Council. 11.
