HomeMy WebLinkAbout070-2021DocuSign Envelope ID: 5EADDEOB-8D73-4A08-958A-19F88FBE5CA9 RESOLUTION NO. 70-2021 APPROVING THE TOWN'S INVENTORY OF OWNED AND LEASED PROPERTIES PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 50569 WHEREAS, the California Surplus Lands Act requires all local government agencies in the state to annually prepare an inventory of real property owned or leased by the agency and to further identify whether any of those properties are "in excess" of the needs of the agency; and WHEREAS, the Town has prepared the required inventory, which is attached to this resolution as Exhibit 1 and incorporated by this reference; and WHEREAS, none of the properties identified in the inventory are in excess of the Town's needs; now therefore be it RESOLVED, that the Danville Town Council hereby approves the attached inventory of real property owned or leased by the Town and finds that the Town has no properties in excess of its needs, as defined in Government Code Section 50569.
