HomeMy WebLinkAbout050421-06.4ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF REPORT 6.4 TO: Mayor and Town Council May 4, 2021 SUBJECT: Resolution No. 18-2021, accepting private improvements for Minor Subdivision 856-2013, located at 740 El Pintado Road BACKGROUND On December 19, 2017, the Town Council approved the minor subdivision map for this two-lot single family residential development. Construction of the subdivision improvements are now complete. Action by the Town Council is necessary to accept the improvements. The private improvements consist of a new driveway, pervious pavers, and associated drainage. Upon adoption of Resolution No. 18-2021, the Town may release the performance security and legal security. PUBLIC CONTACT Posting of the meeting agenda serves as notice to the general public. A copy of this Administrative Staff Report has been sent to the subdivider. FISCAL IMPACT None, all improvements are private.
