The property is located at 775 Kirkcrest Road. PROJECT DESCRIPTION The project includes a Development Plan request (DEV20-0013) to review architectural elevations, material colors, and landscaping for the new two-story single-family residence with a 4,678 square foot main level, 696 square foot lower level, 1631 square foot attached garage, 686 square foot detached pool house, and a 700 square foot attached Accessory Dwelling Unit. This lot was created from the previously approved subdivision MS 855-2015. EVALUATION Architecture & Floor Plans • The development criteria is consistent with R-40 Single-Family Residential Zoning District. • The architectural style is modern with colors and materials that are similar to others the Design Review Board has approved of in the past. Landscape • All trees to be planted are 15-gallon containers in size and the shrubs are 1-gallon in size. • The project does not propose a new fence design and the Town is satisfied with the proposed landscape plan.
