TOWN COUNCIL - REGULAR MEETING
SUMMARY OF ACTIONS
MARCH 16, 2021- DRAFT
1. CALL TO ORDER
The regular meeting of the Danville Town Council was called to order by Mayor Morgan
at 5:00 p.m. The meeting was conducted by teleconference only.
1.1 Roll Call
City Clerk Marie Sunseri conducted the roll call for attendance.
Present: Renee Morgan, Mayor
Newell Arnerich, Vice Mayor
Dave Fong, Councilmember
Karen Stepper, Councilmember
Robert Storer, Councilmember
All Councilmembers were present.
1.2 Announcements
City Clerk Marie Sunseri provided information regarding the format of the
meeting and instructions for public comment.
2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG
The pledge of allegiance to the flag was led by Jack Pustejovsky and Penelope
Diamond.
3. CHANGES TO THE ORDER OF THE AGENDA
There were no changes to the order of the agenda.

4. FOR THE GOOD OF THE TOWN
Veronica Benjamin expressed concern regarding the recent incident involving the
Danville Police Department.
Sandra Moody, Danville Senior Advisory Commission, announced that the adults
in the community are invited to participate in a survey seeking input on aging in
Danville.
5. PRESENTATIONS AND PROCLAMATIONS
5.1 Presentation of a proclamation to Larry Fong, Red Cross External Relations
Liaison, proclaiming March 2021 as Red Cross Month
Mayor Morgan presented a proclamation to Larry Fong.
6. CONSENT CALENDAR
6.1 Consider approval of the Summary of Actions from the special Town
Council meeting of March 2, 2021
6.2 Consider approval of the Register of Demands
6.3 Consider acceptance of the January 2021 Month End Treasurer's Report
6.4 Consider adoption of Resolution No. 10-2021, designating the District
Engineer, directing preparation of the annual report for the Danville Street
Lighting and Landscape Assessment District 1983-1 and approving a
contract extension with Francisco & Associates
6.5 Consider adoption of Resolution No. 11-2021, accepting private
improvements for Minor Subdivision 851-2019, located at the terminus of
Smokewood Court
6.6 Consider adoption of Resolution No. 12-2021, accepting a Grant of
Easement for Public Utility Purposes along the north side of Fieldstone
Drive at Lot 7, of Subdivision 9479
