HomeMy WebLinkAbout011-2021DocuSign Envelope ID: 9C8CCODC-498C-4E24-8468-1CBB6768CD1D RESOLUTION NO. 11-2021 ACCEPTING PRIVATE IMPROVEMENTS FOR MINOR SUBDIVISION 851-2019, LOCATED AT THE TERMINUS OF SMOKEWOOD COURT WHEREAS, Tim and Alexa Shannon, is the subdivider of said subdivision; and WHEREAS, the subdivider has requested the Town of Danville accept said subdivision improvements as complete; and WHEREAS, the City Engineer has advised that the improvements required as a condition of that subdivision agreement between the Town of Danville and said subdivider has been satisfactorily completed; and WHEREAS, said subdivision lies within the corporate limits of the Town of Danville; and WHEREAS, the Danville Town Council must act affirmatively in order for the subdivision improvements to be accepted; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, that the Town of Danville hereby accepts those private improvements installed as a condition of this subdivision agreement; and be it further RESOLVED, that Town staff is authorized and directed to release those securities required as a condition of this subdivision in accordance with the Danville Municipal Code.
