CALL TO ORDER The special meeting of the Danville Planning Commission was called to order by Chair Combs at 5:00 p.m. The meeting was conducted by teleconference only. 1.1 Roll Call Administrative Assistant Joan Snashall conducted the roll call for attendance: Present: Robert Combs, Chair Mark Graham, Vice Chair Archie Bowles, Commissioner Bob Ficken, Alt. Commissioner Mary Grace Houlihan, Commissioner Lou Palandrani, Commissioner Paul Radich, Commissioner Chris Trujillo, Commissioner Excused: None 1.2 Announcements Administrative Assistant Joan Snashall provided information regarding the format of the meeting and instructions for public comment. 2. CHANGES TO THE ORDER OF THE AGENDA There were no changes to the order of the agenda. 3. “FOR THE GOOD OF THE TOWN” – To address the Planning Commission about a subject which is not listed on the agenda, click on the "Raise Your Hand" option in Zoom. Your name will be announced and you will have up to three (3) minutes to share your comments. Councilmember Fong, Liaison to the Planning Commission, introduced himself to the new Commissioners and thanked them for their service to the Town. ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION/ACTION 4.1 Introduction of New Planning Commissioners The Commissioners all gave self-introductions. 4.2 Election of 2021 Planning Commission Chair MOTION BY COMMISSIONER RADICH, SECOND BY COMMISSIONER BOWLES TO NOMINATE VICE CHAIR GRAHAM AS THE 2021 PLANNING COMMISSION CHAIR MOTION CARRIED 7-0 Chair Graham assumed the Chair responsibilities. 4.3 Election of 2021 Planning Commission Vice Chair MOTION BY COMMISSIONER BOWLES, SECOND BY COMMISSIONER COMBS TO NOMINATE COMMISSIONER TRUJILLO AS THE 2021 PLANNING COMMISSION VICE CHAIR MOTION CARRIED 7-0 4.4 Consider approval of the Summary of Actions from the December 22, 2020, special Planning Commission meeting. MOTION BY COMMISSIONER COMBS, SECOND BY COMMISSIONER RADICH TO APPROVE THE SUMMARY OF ACTIONS FROM THE DECEMBER 22, 2020 SPECIAL PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING MOTION CARRIED 7-0 5. REPORTS AND COMMUNICATIONS 5.1 Commissioner Reports Chief of Planning David Crompton provided an update on the new Accessory Dwelling Unit Ordinance and various projects around the Town.
