HomeMy WebLinkAbout022521 - Agenda NOTICE OF MEETING TOWN OF DANVILLE AND SAN RAMON VALLEY UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT SPECIAL MEETING - AGENDA Thursday, February 25, 2021 8:30 a.m. TELECONFERENCE ONLY See instruction below CORONAVIRUS DISEASE (COVID-19) ADVISORY AND MEETING PROCEDURE On March 19, 2020 the Governor issued Executive Order N-33-20, ordering all residents in the State of California to shelter at their place of residence, with the exception of those who may leave to provide or receive critical services, as defined in Order N-33-20.    Under the Governor’s Executive Order N-29-20, the Danville Town Council may utilize teleconferencing for their meetings, as a precaution to protect the health and safety of staff, officials, and the general public. Councilmembers will be participating via teleconference. As such, there will be no physical location for members of the public to participate in this meeting. Citizens are encouraged to participate in public meetings. If you wish to provide public comment, instructions are listed below. This teleconference meeting will be conducted as a webinar on the web-video communication platform Zoom. While it is possible to use only a current web browser to participate in a Zoom webinar, for the best experience participating in and/or viewing the meeting it is recommended that members of the public download the free Zoom app for PC, Mac, iPad, iPhone or Android devices from Zoom’s website, www.zoom.com. It is also recommended that anyone wishing to participate in the meeting complete the download and installation process before the start of the meeting. You can have your comments read into the record by Town Staff by sending an email to dfriedmann@danville.ca.gov prior to 4:00 p.m. on February 24, the day before the meeting. You must include your name and the agenda item number in the email. Comments should not exceed three (3) minutes.
