1. CALL TO ORDER
The special meeting of the Danville Town Council was called to order by Mayor Morgan
at 5:00 p.m. The meeting was conducted by teleconference only.

City Clerk Marie Sunseri conducted the roll call for attendance.

1.2 Announcements
City Clerk Marie Sunseri provided information regarding the format of the
meeting and instructions for public comment.
2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG
The pledge of allegiance to the flag was led by Councilmember Fong.
3. CHANGES TO THE ORDER OF THE AGENDA
There were no changes to the order of the agenda.
4. FOR THE GOOD OF THE TOWN
There were no comments received For the Good of the Town.

Completion for the 2019/20 Pavement Slurry Seal Project, CIP No. C- 610D

Councilmember Fong noted that he was not in attendance at the meeting of
November 17, 2020 and would be abstaining from voting on this item.

6. TOWN MANAGER’S REPORT
6.1Monthly Town Manager’s report by Joe Calabrigo
Town Manager Joe Calabrigo provided the report.
7. COMMUNICATIONS
7.1Announce continued recruitment for one youth member to serve on the
Arts Advisory Board to fulfill a term ending June 30, 2022, by City Clerk
Marie Sunseri. This recruitment will remain open until filled.

8. ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF REPORTS (Public comment invited)
8.1Consider proposed Solid Waste and Recycling for 2021 (Rate Year 7) and
forward a recommendation for a 4.5% rate increase to the RecycleSmart
Joint Powers Authority
Assistant to the Town Manager Diane Friedmann provided the report.
City Clerk Marie Sunseri stated that no public comments were received.
The Town Council expressed support for the recommendation.
