AND MEETING PROCEDURE
On March 19, 2020 the Governor issued Executive Order N-33-20, ordering all residents in the State of California to shelter at their place of residence, with the exception of those who
may leave to provide or receive critical services, as defined in Order N-33-20.
Under the Governor’s Executive Order N-29-20, the Danville Town Council may utilize teleconferencing for their meetings, as a precaution to protect the health and safety of staff, officials,
and the general public. Councilmembers will be participating via teleconference. As such, there will be no physical location for members of the public to participate in this meeting.
This Town Council meeting can be viewed on the Town website AND the web-video communication platform Zoom.
The Danville Town Council encourages citizens to participate in Council meetings. You may submit written comments only. You can have your comments read into the record by the City
Clerk by sending an email to cityclerk@danville.ca.gov prior to 4:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting. You must include your name and the agenda item number in the email. Comments should
not exceed three (3) minutes.

COMMUNICATIONS
Announce continued recruitment for one youth member to serve on the Arts Advisory Board to fulfill a term ending June 30, 2022, by City Clerk Marie Sunseri. This recruitment will remain
open until filled.
ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF REPORTS (Public comment invited)
Consider proposed Solid Waste and Recycling for 2021 (Rate Year 7) and forward a recommendation for a 4.5% rate increase to the RecycleSmart Joint Powers Authority (D. Friedmann)
Recommendation: Approve a 4.5% rate increase for 2021 (Rate Year 7)
TOWN COUNCIL REPORTS
Appoint a Planning Commission representative to the Design Review Board for a four-year term beginning January 1, 2021
Recommendation: Appoint Planning Commissioner Robert Combs
Appoint one Councilmember and one alternate Councilmember to the MCE Clean Energy Board of Directors for a one-year term beginning January 1, 2021
Appoint two Councilmembers to the RecycleSmart Board of Directors for a one-year term beginning January 1, 2021
Appoint one Councilmember and one alternate Councilmember to the County Connection Board of Directors for a one-year term beginning January 1, 2021
Appoint one Councilmember and one alternate Councilmember to the Tri-Valley Affordable Housing Committee for a one-year term beginning January 1, 2021
