HomeMy WebLinkAboutAgendaDRB20201210 Design Review Board – Special Meeting AGENDA Thursday, December 10, 2020 5:00 p.m. TELECONFERENCE ONLY https://us02web.zoom.us/j/86350463948 CORONAVIRUS DISEASE (COVID-19) ADVISORY AND MEETING PROCEDURE On March 19, 2020 the Governor issued Executive Order N-33-20, ordering all residents in the State of California to shelter at their place of residence, with the exception of those who may leave to provide or receive critical services, as defined in Order N-33-20. Under the Governor’s Executive Order N-29-20, the Danville Design Review Board may utilize teleconferencing for their meetings, as a precaution to protect the health and safety of staff, officials, and the general public. Board Members will be participating via teleconference. As such, there will be no physical location for members of the public to participate in this meeting. This Design Review Board meeting can be viewed on the web-video communication platform Zoom. The video from the meeting will be posted to the Town’s website the day following the meeting. The Danville Design Review Board encourages citizens to participate in meetings. Public participation will be facilitated in two ways: (1) You can have your comments read into the record by the Acting Clerk by sending an email to devserv@danville.ca.gov prior to 4:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting. You must include your name and the agenda item number in the email; and (2) during the meeting through the Zoom chat feature. Comments should not exceed three (3) minutes. The 3-minute time limit applies in both cases. 4. ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION/ACTION 4.1Consider approval of the October 29, 2020 Meeting Summary. 4.2 Consider approval of the Design Review Board meeting dates for 2021. 5. STUDY SESSION 5.1 Study Session to review and provide direction regarding the general architectural style and site design for four single family residences to be constructed as part of a previously approved Subdivision. The subdivision is identified as Loyal Dragon Place, located on the south side of the terminus of Culet Ranch Road (Project Planner: F. Korbmacher).
