HomeMy WebLinkAboutAgendaPC20201209 Planning Commission – Special Meeting AGENDA Wednesday, December 9, 2020 5:00 p.m. TELECONFERENCE ONLY https://us02web.zoom.us/j/81897821104 CORONAVIRUS DISEASE (COVID-19) ADVISORY AND MEETING PROCEDURE On March 19, 2020 the Governor issued Executive Order N-33-20, ordering all residents in the State of California to shelter at their place of residence, with the exception of those who may leave to provide or receive critical services, as defined in Order N-33-20. Under the Governor’s Executive Order N-29-20, the Danville Planning Commission may utilize teleconferencing for their meetings, as a precaution to protect the health and safety of staff, officials, and the general public. Commissioners will be participating via teleconference. As such, there will be no physical location for members of the public to participate in this meeting. This Planning Commission meeting can be viewed on the web-video communication platform Zoom. The video from the meeting will be posted to the Town’s website the day following the meeting. The Danville Planning Commission encourages citizens to participate in meetings. Public participation will be facilitated in two ways: (1) You can have your comments read into the record by the Acting Clerk by sending an email to devserv@danville.ca.gov prior to 4:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting. You must include your name and the agenda item number in the email; and (2) during the meeting through the Zoom chat feature. Comments should not exceed three (3) minutes. The 3-minute time limit applies in both cases. 4. ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION/ACTION 4.1Consider approval of the Summary of Actions from the November 24, 2020 special Planning Commission meeting. 4.2 Consider approval of the Planning Commission meeting dates for 2021. PUBLIC HEARING 5.1 Consider approval of Resolution No. 2020-11, approving Major Subdivision request SD 9543 allowing the subdivision of an existing 4.38-acre parcel into five single-family residential lots at a site located at 1485 Lawrence Road (Project Planner: F. Korbmacher). 5.2 Consider approval of Resolution No. 2020-12, approving Major Subdivision – Tentative Map and Final Development Plan request DEV20-0011 to subdivide the 15,000 square foot parcel into five single-family lots, and to develop the lots with five single family residences and associated landscaping. The application also includes Tree Removal request TR20- 0045 to remove four Town-protected trees. The site is located at 134 El Dorado Avenue (Project Planner: D. Crompton). 6.
