Commissioners will be participating via teleconference. As such, there will be no physical location for members of the public to participate in this meeting. Public participation will be facilitated in two ways: (1) You can have your comments read into the record by the Administrative Assistant by sending an email to kmeidberg@danville.ca.gov prior to 4:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting. You must include your name and the agenda item number in the email; and (2) during the meeting through the Zoom chat feature. Comments should not exceed three (3) minutes.
