in the State of California to shelter at their place of residence, with the exception of those
who may leave to provide or receive critical services, as defined in Order N-33-20.
Under the Governor’s Executive Order N-29-20, the Danville Town Council and
Commissions may utilize teleconferencing for their meetings, as a precaution to protect
the health and safety of staff, officials, and the general public. Councilmembers and

The meeting can be viewed live on the web-video communication platform Zoom. The
video from the meeting will be posted to the Town’s Website the day following the
meeting.
The Town Council and Commissions encourage citizens to participate in public
meetings. Public participation will be facilitated two ways: (1) via email to Joan Snashall
prior to 3:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting; and (2) during the meeting through the zoom
chat feature. The 3-minute time limit applies in both cases. An announcement will be
made during the meeting when the chat feature is enabled, at which time those that are
attending the zoom meeting can send messages that are viewable by the Town Council,
Commissions, and staff. Alternatively, you can have your comments read into the record
by sending an email to jsnashall@danville.ca.gov prior to 3:00 p.m. on the day of the
