Hi Marie, As a downtown Danville restaurant owner we need as much financial support as we can get heading into these very uncertain winter months. The $5,000 grant per eligible business would be a great way to offset some of the excessive outdoor costs associated with making our patio dining spaces comfortable for our guests. Thank you, Darren Matte Owner, Danville Harvest & Cocina Hermanas Begin forwarded message: From: businesslicense@danville.ca.gov Subject: Danville Town Council to Consider Grant Program for COVID-19 Business Recovery 11/4, 5:00 p.m. Date: November 3, 2020 at 10:29:28 AM PST To: darren@danvilleharvest.com Dear Danville Harvest/Hartz Restaurant LLC, On November 4 at 5:00 p.m., the Town Council will consider appropriating $250,000 in funds establishing a Forward Focus COVID-19 business grant program.
