SUMMARY OF ACTIONS
October 6, 2020
1. CALL TO ORDER
The special meeting of the Danville Town Council was called to order by Mayor Stepper
at 5:00 p.m. The meeting was conducted by teleconference only.
1.1 Roll Call
City Clerk Marie Sunseri conducted the roll call for attendance.
Present: Karen Stepper, Mayor
Lisa Blackwell, Vice Mayor
Newell Arnerich, Councilmember
Renee Morgan, Councilmember
Robert Storer, Councilmember
All Councilmembers were present.
1.2 Announcements
City Clerk Marie Sunseri provided information regarding the format of the
meeting and instructions for public comment.
2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG
The pledge of allegiance to the flag was led by Mayor Stepper.
3. CHANGES TO THE ORDER OF THE AGENDA
City Clerk Marie Sunseri noted three changes to the agenda: (1) item 6.6, two
edits were made to the agreement attached to the staff report; (2) item 8.1,
Development Services Department Report, was continued to a future meeting;
and, (3) item 8.2 Introductions was moved up on the agenda to follow item 4.

8.2 Introduction of Jim Selover, Deputy Chief Operations/EMS and Ron
Marley, Disaster Preparedness Coordinator by Joe Calabrigo
Paige Meyer, Fire Chief, San Ramon Valley Fire Protection District,
introduced Jim Selover, Deputy Chief Operations/EMS and Ron Marley,
Disaster Preparedness Coordinator, and provided updates on District
activities.

6.1 Consider approval of the Summary of Actions from the special Town
Council meeting of September 15, 2020
6.2 Consider approval of the Summary of Actions from the special Town

6.3 Consider approval of the Register of Demands
6.4 Consider adoption of Ordinance No. 2020-04, repealing Ordinance No.
2020-02, which suspended automatic deemed complete and approval
deadlines for all land use, subdivision, and zoning applications
6.5 Consider adoption of Resolution No. 66-2020, designating an alternate
board member to the Municipal Pooling Authority of Northern California
6.6 Consider adoption of Resolution No. 67-2020, approving an amended
Master Pole License Agreement MINOR EDITS TO AGREEMENT
6.7 Consider adoption of Resolution No. 68-2020, appointing the City Engineer
as the Title VI Coordinator and approving the Title VI Program for the
Town of Danville (R. Ewing)
