CALL TO ORDER The special meeting of the Danville Town Council was called to order by Mayor Stepper at 5:00 p.m. The meeting was conducted by teleconference only. 1.1Roll Call City Clerk Marie Sunseri conducted the roll call for attendance. Present: Karen Stepper, Mayor Lisa Blackwell, Vice Mayor Newell Arnerich, Councilmember Renee Morgan, Councilmember Robert Storer, Councilmember All Councilmembers were present. 1.2 Announcements City Clerk Marie Sunseri provided information regarding the format of the meeting and instructions for public comment. 2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG The pledge of allegiance to the flag was led by Mayor Stepper. 3. CHANGES TO THE ORDER OF THE AGENDA City Clerk Marie Sunseri noted three changes to the agenda: (1) item 6.6, two edits were made to the agreement attached to the staff report; (2) item 8.1, Development Services Department Report, was continued to a future meeting; and, (3) item 8.2 Introductions was moved up on the agenda to follow item 4. DANVILLE TOWN COUNCIL SUMMARY OF ACTIONS OCTOBER 6, 2020 4. FOR THE GOOD OF THE TOWN No public comment was received. Item 8.2 was moved to follow item 4. 8.2Introduction of Jim Selover, Deputy Chief Operations/EMS and Ron Marley, Disaster Preparedness Coordinator by Joe Calabrigo Paige Meyer, Fire Chief, San Ramon Valley Fire Protection District, introduced Jim Selover, Deputy Chief Operations/EMS and Ron Marley, Disaster Preparedness Coordinator, and provided updates on District activities. 6. CONSENT CALENDAR 6.1Consider approval of the Summary of Actions from the special Town Council meeting of September 15, 2020 6.2Consider approval of the Summary of Actions from the special Town Council meeting of September 29, 2020 6.3Consider approval of the Register of Demands 6.4Consider adoption of Ordinance No. 2020-04, repealing Ordinance No. 2020-02, which suspended automatic deemed complete and approval deadlines for all land use, subdivision, and zoning applications 6.5Consider adoption of Resolution No. 66-2020, designating an alternate board member to the Municipal Pooling Authority of Northern California 6.6Consider adoption of Resolution No. 67-2020, approving an amended Master Pole License Agreement MINOR EDITS TO AGREEMENT 6.7Consider adoption of Resolution No. 68-2020, appointing the City Engineer as the Title VI Coordinator and approving the Title VI Program for the Town of Danville (R. Ewing) 2 DANVILLE TOWN COUNCIL SUMMARY OF ACTIONS OCTOBER 6, 2020 6.8 Consider adoption of Resolution No. 69-2020, designating the Xavier’s Shoe Store/DeSousa Building located at 375 Hartz Avenue as a Danville Heritage Resource MOTION BY COUNCILMEMBER MORGAN, SECOND BY COUNCILMEMBER ARNERICH, TO APPROVE THE CONSENT CALENDAR, INCLUDING REVISIONS TO ITEM 6.6 MOTION CARRIED 5-0 7. TOWN COUNCIL REPORTS 9.1Town Council updates The Mayor and Town Council provided updates on events and activities in the Danville community. 10.
