Town Council,
Every time I go downtown, I see crowds of kids hanging out near business entrances -- not wearing masks, not social
distancing, and not moving or even taking notice of anyone forced to walk close by them to get to the front door.
We need some accountability. By not enforcing the rules, we are making it acceptable to break them, which ultimately
keeps people away from downtown altogether. That's exactly the opposite of what our small businesses need right now.
