Good morning,
I am resident of Danville and understand that you will be holding a meeting this coming Tuesday to discuss the Flag
Policy and flying the Pride flag for the month of June; Agenda #7.1
I am disappointed that this has not already been approved as we are now in the 2nd week of Pride Month. I thought this
was discussed and approved last year.
We have a prominent LGBTQ community here in Danville and we should allow the flag to be flown to show our support
and inclusivity for our fellow brothers and sisters in the gay community.
I hope that you will vote to fly the Pride Flag for the remainder of the month and then the entire month of June
moving forward.
