HomeMy WebLinkAbout040720 AGENDA SP MTG (2) Town Council – Special Meeting AGENDA Tuesday, April 7, 2020 5:00 p.m. TELECONFERENCE CORONAVIRUS DISEASE (COVID-19) ADVISORY AND MEETING PROCEDURE On March 16, 2020 the Contra Costa County Health Officer issued an Order through April 7, 2020 that directed all individuals living in the county to shelter at their place of residence, with the exception of those who may leave to provide or receive essential services, engage in essential activities, and work for essential businesses and governmental services (as determined by the Order). Under the Governor’s Executive Order N-29-20, the Danville Town Council may utilize teleconferencing for their meetings, as a precaution to protect the health and safety of staff, officials, and the general public. Councilmembers will be participating via teleconference. As such, there will be no physical location for members of the public to participate in this meeting. The Danville Town Council encourages citizens to participate in Council meetings. If you wish to speak on a topic listed on the agenda, instructions are listed below. Comments from citizens about subjects which are not listed on the agenda may be made under the matter “For the Good of the Town.” Comments should not exceed three (3) minutes. This Town Council meeting will be conducted as a webinar on the web-video communication platform Zoom. While it is possible to use only a current web browser to participate in a Zoom webinar, for the best experience participating in and/or viewing the meeting it is recommended that members of the public download the free Zoom app for PC, Mac, iPad, iPhone or Android devices from Zoom’s website, www.zoom.com. It is also recommended that anyone wishing to participate in the meeting complete the download and installation process before the start of the meeting.
