NOTE: As a precaution to protect both staff and our constituents, and to ensure the
meeting follows the County Coronavirus Disease Advisory and Guidance for Social
Distancing, this meeting will be limited in attendance to the first 40 members of the
public to arrive. Seating will be spaced to allow for minimizing close contact. Please
refer to the California Department of Health's Guidance on Mass Gatherings when
deciding whether to attend this meeting. If you are sick or identify yourself as being
"higher risk," please watch or listen to the meeting from home via

submit comments in writing. Comments submitted by email to the City Clerk at
cityclerk@danville.ca.gov, or in person at the Town Offices, 510 La Gonda Way,
Danville, by 5:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting will be forwarded to the Town Council
for consideration.
Any document provided to a majority of the members of the Town Council regarding any item on this agenda will be
made available for public inspection at the meeting and at the Danville Town Offices, 510 La Gonda Way, Danville,
CA during normal business hours. Danville Town Council meetings are video recorded. Archived videos can be
viewed on the Town website at www.danville.ca.gov.
The Danville Town Council encourages citizens to participate in Council meetings. If you wish to speak on a topic
listed on the agenda, please fill out a “Request to Speak” form and pass it to the City Clerk. When called upon by the
Mayor, please step to the podium, state your name and address and then make your comments. Comments from
citizens about subjects which are not listed on the agenda may be made under the matter “For the Good of the Town,”
Comments should not exceed three (3) minutes.

6. CONSENT CALENDAR -
Consent calendar items are considered routine and are acted upon by the
Town Council with a single action. Members of the audience wishing to provide public input may request
that the Town Council remove the item from the Consent Calendar. Please fill out a “Request to Speak” form

Fazzio/Fisher House as a Danville Heritage Resource and approving a

Railroad Avenue and Prospect in Danville. Mayor/Council Office hours are held at
the Danville Farmers’ Market from 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
