HomeMy WebLinkAbout031720 AGENDA “Small Town Atmosphere Outstanding Quality of Life” Town Council – Regular Meeting AGENDA Tuesday, March 17, 2020 7:30 p.m. Town Meeting Hall 201 Front Street, Danville NOTE: As a precaution to protect both staff and our constituents, and to ensure the meeting follows the County Coronavirus Disease Advisory and Guidance for Social Distancing, this meeting will be limited in attendance to the first 40 members of the public to arrive. Seating will be spaced to allow for minimizing close contact. Please refer to the California Department of Health's Guidance on Mass Gatherings when deciding whether to attend this meeting. If you are sick or identify yourself as being "higher risk," please watch or listen to the meeting from home via https://www.danville.ca.gov/129/Agendas-Minutes. The public is strongly encouraged to submit comments in writing. Comments submitted by email to the City Clerk at cityclerk@danville.ca.gov, or in person at the Town Offices, 510 La Gonda Way, Danville, by 5:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting will be forwarded to the Town Council for consideration. Any document provided to a majority of the members of the Town Council regarding any item on this agenda will be made available for public inspection at the meeting and at the Danville Town Offices, 510 La Gonda Way, Danville, CA during normal business hours. The Danville Town Council encourages citizens to participate in Council meetings.
