1. CALL TO ORDER
The regular meeting of the Danville Planning Commission was called to order at 7:30
p.m., in the Town Meeting Hall, 201 Front Street, Danville, CA.
Present: Robert Combs, Chair
Mark Graham, Vice Chair
Archie Bowles, Commissioner
Randy Haberl, Commissioner
David Havlik, Alt. Commissioner
Paul Radich, Commissioner

2. PUBLIC COMMENTS
There were no public comments.
3. CONSENT CALENDAR - Consent calendar items are considered routine and are acted upon
by the Planning Commission with a single action. Members of the audience wishing to provide
public input may request that the Planning Commission remove the item from the Consent
Calendar.
3.1 Consider approval of the Summary of Actions from the January 28, 2020,
regular Planning Commission meeting.

4. PUBLIC HEARINGS
4.1 Consider approval of Resolution No. 2020-01, approving a Development Plan,
Land Use Permit, and Variance request to allow a 1,759 square foot first floor
addition to an existing 24,559 square foot commercial building at 156 Diablo
Road.
David Crompton, Principal Planner presented the staff report.
William Wood, William Wood Architects provided additional details of the
project.
MOTION BY VICE CHAIR GRAHAM, SECOND BY COMMISSIONER
TRUJILLO, TO ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 2020-01, APPROVING A
DEVELOPMENT PLAN, LAND USE PERMIT, AND VARIANCE REQUEST
TO ALLOW A 1,759 SQUARE FOOT FIRST FLOOR ADDITION TO AN
EXISTING 24,599 COMMERCIAL BUILDING LOCATED AT 156 DIABLO
ROAD
MOTION CARRIED 7-0
4.2 Consider approval of Resolution No. 2020-02, recommending the Town Council
adopt a policy establishing residential development standards.
