Any document provided to a majority of the members of the Planning Commission regarding any item on this agenda
will be made available for public inspection at the meeting and at the Danville Town Offices, 510 La Gonda Way,
Danville, CA, during normal business hours. Danville Planning Commission meetings are video recorded. Archived
videos can be viewed on the Town website at www.danville.ca.gov.
The Danville Planning Commission encourages citizens to participate in Commission meetings. If you wish to speak
on a topic listed on the agenda, please fill out a “Request to Speak” form and deliver it to Town staff seated at the dais.
When called upon by the Commission Chair, please step to the podium, state your name and address and then make
your comments. Comments from citizens about subjects which are not listed on the agenda may be made under “Public
Comments should not exceed three (3) minutes.

1. CALL TO ORDER
2. PUBLIC COMMENTS -
This is an opportunity for members of the public to address the
Commission on a planning subject that is not on the agenda.
3. CONSENT CALENDAR -
Consent calendar items are considered routine and are acted
upon by the Planning Commission with a single action. Members of the audience wishing to
provide public input may request that the Planning Commission remove the item from the
Consent Calendar.
3.1 Consider approval of the Summary of Actions from the February 11, 2020,
regular Planning Commission meeting.
4. PUBLIC HEARINGS
4.1 Consider approval of Resolution No. 2020-03, approving Minor Subdivision
request SUB18-0002 and Tree Removal request TR20-0003 allowing the
subdivision of an existing 2.06 acre property located at 775 Kirkcrest Road
into two single family residential parcels and the removal of six Town-
protected trees
(Project Planner: David Crompton).
