Any document provided to a majority of the members of the Town Council regarding any item on this agenda will be
made available for public inspection at the meeting and at the Danville Town Offices, 510 La Gonda Way, Danville,
CA during normal business hours. Danville Town Council meetings are video recorded. Archived videos can be
viewed on the Town website at www.danville.ca.gov.
The Danville Town Council encourages citizens to participate in Council meetings. If you wish to speak on a topic
listed on the agenda, please fill out a “Request to Speak” form and pass it to the City Clerk. When called upon by the
Mayor, please step to the podium, state your name and address and then make your comments. Comments from
citizens about subjects which are not listed on the agenda may be made under the matter “For the Good of the Town,”
Comments should not exceed three (3) minutes.

Consent calendar items are considered routine and are acted upon by the
Town Council with a single action. Members of the audience wishing to provide public input may request
that the Town Council remove the item from the Consent Calendar. Please fill out a “Request to Speak” form

5.4Consider adoption of Ordinance No. 2020-01, amending Section 7-6 of the
Danville Municipal Code regulating tobacco retailing, advertising and
promotion, and banning the sale of electronic smoking devices (R. Ewing)
5.5Consider adoption of Resolution No. 10-2020, authorizing the submittal of
a request to the State of California Department of Parks and Recreation for
Recreational Trails Program funds (S. Jones)
5.6Consider adoption of Resolution No. 11-2020, approving a Quitclaim Deed
for an existing scenic easement and accepting a Grant of Easement for a new
scenic easement located at 6 Roberts Court (APN 201-120-019) (M. Rusch)

a term ending December 31, 2023

7.1Consider adoption of Resolution No. 14-2020, adopting a policy

Railroad Avenue and Prospect in Danville. Mayor/Council Office hours are held at
the Danville Farmers’ Market from 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
