Any document provided to a majority of the members of the Planning Commission regarding any item on this
agenda will be made available for public inspection at the meeting and at the Danville Town Offices, 510 La Gonda
Way, Danville, CA, during normal business hours. Danville Planning Commission meetings are video recorded.

The Danville Planning Commission encourages citizens to participate in Commission meetings. If you wish to speak
on a topic listed on the agenda, please fill out a “Request to Speak” form and deliver it to Town staff seated at the
dais. When called upon by the Commission Chair, please step to the podium, state your name and address and then
make your comments. Comments from citizens about subjects which are not listed on the agenda may be made under

1. CALL TO ORDER
2. PUBLIC COMMENTS -
This is an opportunity for members of the public to address the
Commission on a planning subject that is not on the agenda.
3. CONSENT CALENDAR -
Consent calendar items are considered routine and are acted
upon by the Planning Commission with a single action. Members of the audience wishing
to provide public input may request that the Planning Commission remove the item from
the Consent Calendar.
3.1 Consider approval of the Summary of Actions from the January 28, 2020,
regular Planning Commission meeting.
4. PUBLIC HEARINGS
4.1 Consider approval of Resolution No. 2020-01, approving Development Plan
request DEV19-0015, Land Use Permit request LUP20-0003, and Variance
request VAR20-0003, allowing a 1,759 square foot first story addition to an
existing 24,599 square foot commercial building located at 156 Diablo Road
(Project Planner: David Crompton).

4.2 Consider approval of Resolution No. 2020-02, recommending the Town
Council adopt a policy establishing residential development standards.
