CALL TO ORDER The regular meeting of the Danville Town Council was called to order by Mayor Stepper at 7:30 p.m., in the Town Meeting Hall, 201 Front Street, Danville, CA. Present: Karen Stepper, Mayor Lisa Blackwell, Vice Mayor Newell Arnerich, Councilmember Renee Morgan, Councilmember Robert Storer, Councilmember 2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG The pledge of allegiance to the flag was led by Pack 805 Cub Scouts, Arrow of Light Den 11 and Den 12, and Tigers Den 5, Vista Grande Elementary School. 3. CHANGES TO THE ORDER OF THE AGENDA Town Manager Joe Calabrigo recommended adding an item 4.A to the agenda to allow an opportunity for the City Attorney to report out on the Town Council Closed Session that took place earlier today. Mayor Stepper stated that item 7.1 will be continued to a future meeting due to scheduling conflicts. MOTION BY COUNCILMEMBER MORGAN, SECOND BY VICE MAYOR BLACKWELL, TO APPROVE THE CHANGES TO THE ORDER OF THE AGENDA MOTION CARRIED 5-0 4. FOR THE GOOD OF THE TOWN There were no speakers. DocuSign Envelope ID: 3EA10536-4BD5-4F1 B-9774-37D3D596B404 DANVILLE TOWN COUNCIL SUMMARY OF ACTIONS JANUARY 14, 2020 4.A REPORT OUT OF CLOSED SESSION ADDED TO THE AGENDA City Attorney Rob Ewing stated that the Town Council held a closed session on January 14, 2020 pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1) to discuss pending litigation, specifically GTE Mobilnet of California (Verizon) v. Town of Danville. The closed session adjourned at 11:15 a.m. and the Town Council unanimously voted not to pursue an appeal of the Order granting partial summary judgment issued by the Court in this case. The report of action taken is being added to this agenda to ensure that it appears in the Town Council meeting Summary of Actions and is on the video recording of the meeting. 5. INFORMATIONAL STAFF REPORTS 8.1 Quarterly Investment Report (Chandler Asset Management) Genny Lynkiewicz, Chandler Asset Management, presented the report. 9. TOWN COUNCIL REPORTS 9.1 Town Council updates Mayor Stepper stated that she will be attending the 2020 U.S. Conference of Mayors' Annual Winter Meeting and Annual Tri -Valley Mayors' Legislative Briefings in Washington, D.C., January 22-24, 2020. 10.
