This is an opportunity for members of the public to address the
Commission on a design item subject that is not on the agenda.
3. NEW BUSINESS
3.1 JOE AND DEBRA FUCA (Owners) DAVID LANGON CONSTRUCTION
(Applicant) DEV19-0004: Development Plan request to allow the construction
of an attached 1,031 square foot addition in the rear of an existing 3,868 square
foot single-family residence, which is a Town-designated Heritage Resource.
The project would also include the demolition of an existing 500 square foot
garage, 457 square foot shed and the construction of a new 1,427 square foot
detached garage. The site is located at 357 Love Lane; also known as the Love
House (Project Planner: Betty Avila).
4. ADJOURNMENT
