5. JOINT DESIGN REVIEW ITEMS
5.1. TODD FITCH (Owner) BARRY & WINN ARCHITECTURE (Applicant) DEV18-
0016: Development Plan request to allow the construction of a new two-story
2,635 square foot building to the rear of the existing 988 square foot historic
building on the site. The project would also include minor restoration
improvements to the historic building. The site is located at 342 Railroad Avenue
(Project Planner: David Crompton).
6. ADJOURN TO DESIGN REVIEW BOARD MEETING
6.1. GALILEO CAPRI (Owner) FCGA Architecture (Applicant) DEV17-0022: Final
Building Permit review for a previously approved Development Plan request
allowing a remodel and addition to the existing commercial shopping center
located at 200 Hartz Avenue. The Development Plan would allow for the

construction of an approximately 11,986 square foot two-story addition to an
existing 11,474 +/- square foot building and the exterior remodel of the existing
building (Project Planner: David Crompton).
6.2. SHABNAM FARZANEH (Owner) SIDELL PAKRAVAN ARCHITECTS
(Applicant) DEV18-0010: Design review request for the final architectural and
construction design of the window boxes for the proposed project located at 801
San Ramon Valley Boulevard (Project Planner: Joseph Balatbat).
