APPROVING PRELIMINARY DEVELOPMENT
PLAN - REZONING REQUEST LEG17-02 (PUD)
(3.24 ACRES ALONG THE EAST SIDE OF EL DORADO AVENUE)
The Town Council of the Town of Danville does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. REZONING
The 3.24 acre area, located along the east side of El Dorado Avenue, and further identified
as APNs: 208-031-001; -003; -004; -005; -017 through -009 & -010, APNs 208-041-003; -004;
& -005; and APNs 208-042-001 through -018 is rezoned from M-30; Multiple Family
Residential District to P-1; Planned Unit Development District. Rezoning is based upon
approved General Plan Amendment request LEG17-01 (GPA) and the findings and
conditions of approval contained within Town Council Resolution No. 21-2018 for
Preliminary Development Plan - Rezoning request LEG17-02 (PUD), and all attachments
thereto, are hereby incorporated.by reference.
SECTION 2. ZONING MAP
The zoning map has been amended accordingly.
SECTION 3. PUBLICATION
The City Clerk shall either (a) have this ordinance published once within. 15 days after
adoption in a newspaper of general circulation or (b) have a summary of this ordinance
published twice in a newspaper of general circulation once five days before its adoption
and again within 15 days after adoption.
SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE
This ordinance becomes effective 30 days after its adoption.
The foregoing ordinance was first read and introduced on February 20, 2018, and
approved and adopted by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on March 6,
2018, by the following vote:
AYES:. Arnerich, Morgan, Stepper, Storer
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: Blackwell
ABSENT: None
I, Marie Sunseri, City Clerk of the Town of Danville, hereby certify that the foregoing is
