DESOUSA (Owner) Bany/ÍN\NN ARCHITECTS (Applicant) DEV16-0103: Building Permit review for a previously approved Development Plan to allow exterior façade improvements to the front elevation; construction of a1,721 + /-square square foot second story addition; a 195 + f -square foot deck at the rear of the building; a 45 + /-square foot addition to the rear ground floor; and a 35 + /-square foot trash room to the existing historic building. ADIOURN TO DESIGN REVIEW BOARD MEETING 6.1, GALILEO CAPRI (Owner) FCGA ARCHITECTS (Applicant) DEY17-0022: Development Plan request to revise previously approved Development Plan DEV16-0106 by adding 2,01.4 +f -square feet of additional second story floor space over the existing building and minor modifications to previously approved exterior elevations. The site is identified as 200 F{aftz Avenue (Hettinger Plaza). The previously approved Development Plan authorized the construction of an approximately 10,772+/-square foot two-story addition to an existing 11,474 + f -square foot building and the exterior remodel of the existing building. A portion of the existing building would be converted to unconditioned space for parking. The revised Development Plan request would result in a total of approximately 18,554 + f -square feet of conditioned space for the building (D.
