APPROVING PRELIMINARY DEVELOPMENT PLAN - REZONING
REQUEST PUD16-0110 (ABIGAIL PLACE - BRADDOCK & LOGAN HOMES)
The Town Council of the Town of Danville does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. REZONING
The 2.97 +/- acre site, located 3743 & 3755 Old Blackhawk Road, and further identified
as APNs: 203-182-027 & 203-182-047, is rezoned from P-1; Planned Unit Development
District to a new P-1 Planned Unit Development District (PUD16-0110). Rezoning is
based upon approved Major Subdivision SD 9437 (SUB16-0110), Final Development
Plan DEV16-0107; and the findings and conditions of approval contained within Town
Council Resolution No. 105-2017. Resolution No. 105-2017 and all attachments thereto,
are hereby incorporated by reference.
SECTION 2. ZONING MAP
The zoning map has been amended accordingly.
SECTION 3. PUBLICATION
The City Clerk shall either a) 11a-ve this ordinance published once within 155 days aftnor
adoption in a newspaper of general circulation or b) have a summary of this ordinance
published twice in a newspaper of general circulation once five days before its adoption
and again within 15 days after adoption.
SECTION 4.
EFFECTIVE DATE
This ordinance becomes effective 30 days after its adoption.
The foregoing ordinance was first read and introduced on January 16, 2018, and
approved and adopted by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on February
6, 2018, by the following vote:
AYES: Arnerich, Blackwell, Morgan, Stepper, Storer
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: None
